Breakfast choices
1. ½ grapefruit or one piece of fresh fruit – 1oz bowl any breakfast cereal served with semi skimmed milk

2. 2 slices of toast scraped with low fat spread and topped with either 2 teaspoons marmalade, low sugar jam or 2 laughing cow light triangles
3. ½ grapefruit or one piece of fresh fruit – 1 egg (size 3) either poached, boiled or scrambled – 1 slice of toast scraped with low fat spread

Lunch time choices
1. One well grilled low fat burger served on a roll scraped with low fat spread – unlimited salad. Low fat/low sugar yogurt or fresh fruit to follow
2. Baked potato (any size) filled with contents of small tin of baked beans in tomato sauce. Low fat/low sugar yogurt or fresh fruit to follow

Evening meal choices
1. One chicken breast fillet made into casserole with ½ jar any low fat cook in sauce and served with unlimited potatoes and vegetables. Low fat/low sugar dessert to follow
2. Portion of Weightwise chicken curry recipe or other recipe from the booklet. Scoop low fat ice cream with sugar free jelly to follow
Unlimited foods and treats as per the Weightwise instructions.
